1) Locate the hosts and lmhosts file in your Windows directory. Remove the .sam extension from the hosts file and open the file in Notepad. Add the following text to the file:

192.168.1.1 riscpc.my.home riscpc
192.168.1.2 novapc.my.home novapc

Save the file and close it.


Host File Screenshot Link 2) Now remove the .sam extension from the lmhosts file and open it in Notepad. Add the following text to the file:

192.168.1.1 riscpc #PRE
192.168.1.2 novapc #PRE

Save the file and close it. This completes the Host files configuration
